VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS

Sharp CNC offers a wide range of Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Whether you own a small machine shop or a large factory, we have a VMC with the right capacity and configuration to meet your requirements.

The SV Series combines the power of CNC with the ease of a fully integrated user-friendly machining system. Sharp CNC verticals have travels ranging from 24" x 12" x 18" (xyz) on the SV 2412 Mini Mill to 157" x 41" x 43" on the massive SV 4000. Work piece sizes run the gamut, too, with tables available from 27" x 12" all the way up to 165" x 39".

CNC LATHES / TURNING CENTERS

Sharp CNC offers a wide range of CNC Lathes/Turning Centers. Sharp CNC lathes give you a choice of 7.5, 20, 25, and 30 hp power drive systems and up to 6,000 rpm. Work envelopes for the ST series lathes range from 18.9" for the small-footprint ST-10 to the generous 25.2" max capacity of the ST-40 CNC lathe.

LARGE SIZE CNC LATHES (BIG BORE)

Sharp CNC offers a wide range of Big Bore Slant and Flat CNC Lathes. Sharp CNC lathes give you a choice of 6” – 24” spindle bore and up to a 53” wide bed. Work envelopes for the big bore lathes range from 27.5" for the small-footprint SA Series to the generous 80" max capacity of the FD Series lathe.
